2micron lasers are the "swiss army knifes" of urology. Due to the advantourous tissue interaction of these lasers they are used in a large variaty of applications.

The RevoLix continous wave (cw) lasers are ideal for all soft tissue applications. The strong absorbance of the laser radiation in water containing tissue leads to a continous high rate of tissue vaporisation combined with a narrow necrosis. This makes the RevoLix lasers the best instrument for minimally invasive surgery where good hemostasis and efficent tissue cutting is required. The RevoLix is the top choice for BPH treatment, tumor resection and laparoscopic kidney surgery.

The extraordinary pulse-peak power of the Sphinx and Sphinx jr. Holmium lasers show the best performance in endoscopic laser lithoripsy. The flexible laser fibres combined with a flexible uretero-renoscopes give access to the most difficult stone locations and allow efficient stone fracmentations of all types of stones. The high power Sphinx lasers are used for HoLEP BPH tretment.

The RevoLix DUO combines the advantages of the cw and pulsed 2micron lasers in a single system.
