2micron lasers are the "swiss army knifes" of urology. Due to the advantourous tissue interaction of these lasers they are used in a large variaty of applications.

The RevoLix continous wave (cw) lasers are ideal for all soft tissue applications. The strong absorbance of the laser radiation in water containing tissue leads to a continous high rate of tissue vaporisation combined with a narrow necrosis. This makes the RevoLix lasers the best instrument for minimally invasive surgery where good hemostasis and efficent tissue cutting is required.
