Diode Laser Module HL25

The HL25 cw diode laser is a ready to use, visible OEM cw laser source. It requires a +4.5 to +13.5 VDC power supply. The precision machined aluminum housing and unique control electronics provide optimum protection of the laser diode against electromagnetic surges. The extremely noise free laser diode drive current improves the coherence length of single mode diodes. The housing is electrically negative, which is compatible with most electrical installations. The laser is available with any wavelength / output power option from the current price list. A matching DC power supply can be ordered separately.

The M series of the HL25 diode laser modules is a ready to use OEM laser source with unique modulation capability. A range of four different, available modulation bandwidths offers the right choice for each application.

Starting with a maximum bandwidth 10 kHz for the M0 model, the MIII model offers bandwidths of up to 1 GHz. The laser output is closed loop controlled with reference to the modulation input (HL25/M0, HL25/MI and 25/MII). Higher modulation frequencies (from 2 MHz to 1 GHz) are obtained in open loop control with model HL25/M III.
